🔁 Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with House Of Keyshia. We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

📦 Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or wrong.

• The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Note: Items such as underwear, swimwear, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

• Approved returns will be refunded within 5–10 business days

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer if necessary

🔄 Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges (based on availability). If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

🚚 Return Process

1. Contact us at support@houseofkeyshia.com within 7 days of delivery

2. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and reason for return

3. We’ll respond with instructions on how to return the item

4. You ship the item back using a reliable courier

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

❗ Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

• Items worn, washed, or without tags

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Custom-made or final-sale items
